Summary: Don Cesar was amazing as always. Can’t wait for the shops and pool restaurant to reopen. Jackie at the pool was amazing as always. We have been vacationed at the Don Cesar for 15 yrs. Never disappoints!

Summary: Such a great hotel - the staff and servers were so friendly from the check in desk to the beach side servers. The beach is perfect and everything is so close so you don’t feel like you have to walk half a mile + to get from your room to the pool or beach. Once the construction* is done this place will be absolutely perfect! *While you could hear construction at times. The hotel did a great job ensuring there was (live) music playing to help drown the noise and we overall didn’t find the construction noise that bothersome. I’m happy the are investing to rebuild and expand! We did not miss the shops that were closed when we went - everything we wanted was open.

Summary: Both pool areas have been remodeled and are beautiful. Only suggestion is to bring back cooling towels in the gym space.

Summary: They are still recovering from a hurricane. Many options for dining and lounging were still closed off. The open areas were fine but limited. Dining choices were a bit restrictive. But the free bus to other restaurants was useful and appreciated. Beach and heated pool were lovely. Rooms were comfortable with ocean views.
